Job Description:

A temporary position for a HR Business Partner has arisen with Airbus, Illescas (Spain).

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business.
  2. Advise the business on all people-related matters.
  3. Drive the execution of business HR plans and support the release and reading of HR metrics & reports to the management.
  4. Cascade and apply HR policy, E&C standards & national labor regulations towards the management.
  5. Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives.
  6. Support and encourage the development of all employees.
  7. Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.

  1. Education: Labour Relations, Law, Business, Psychology or related field.
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of experience. Having completed an internship at Airbus would be a plus.
  3. Data Management & Labour Relations Knowledge.
  4. Languages: Advanced level in English and Spanish.
