Ensures that material and some simpler production plans are generated and executed in order to deliver the expected customer service target and the best possible cash/ cost impact throughout the network.

Is involved in continuous improvements within the MRP and Scheduling work processes and interactions.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Ensures material and simple production schedules are issued timely and with quality (respecting Supplier Service level Agreements and Site Operating Strategies) in order to secure free supply of finished products in line with Markets demand and optimizing cash, cost and throughput of the network.
  • Monitors the timely and quality execution of the material delivery and production schedules. Provides accurate and timely information on Plant stocks and material usages. Co-ordinates ordering, receipt and dispatch of Kellogg interplant food.
  • Ensures daily/weekly exceptions are reviewed and resolved on time, working closely with the Production teams, GBS supply planning teams, Category, Suppliers and the Purchasing teams; ensures full analysis and actions to avoid reoccurrence of Service issues and/or Non-Performing Inventory are identified and executed;
  • Responsible for minimising material stock holding on-site, monitoring stock rotation and ensuring mínimal wastage occurs at the end of production/promotion activity. Owns Non-Performing Inventory (e.g.: raw & pack materials, quality held): focus on prevention and fast elimination ; owns related write-off budget linked to Initiatives, expiry, damages,... for both Raw/Packing Materials
  • Monitors receipt and invoicing imbalances (GRIR) to ensure all financial liabilities are met in a timely manner. Is involved the P2P process of raw and pack materials.
  • Maintains integrity of the data held in SAP by monitoring receipt of PO’s and accuracy of the regular physical stock counts and adjustments for all materials at all sites (including third party storage locations). Understands SAP parameters like material safety stocks, production parameters and ensures they are correctly reflecting in the system, the latest agreements (Supplier Service Level Agreements and/or Operating Strategy with production)
  • Participates in projects and activities e.g. special promotions, pack harmonization, phase in phase out and provides timely and accurate project data and cost for submission to supply chain management (e.g.: additional volume requests)

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Experience in industrial engineering, ADE, CFGS in transportation and logistics
  • English fluent, both written and speaking
  • 2 years of experience as Plant Supply Planner in FMCG - preferrable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and SAP
