What do you have to offer?
- 10+ years of relevant experience in payroll and employment law.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar leading position.
- Team leadership and client management skills.
- High analytical and prioritization skills as well as experience in conflict management.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation.
- Be assertive and have good communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience with Integro and SAP is valued.

As Coordinator of the payroll management team at SD Worx Iberia, you will help coordinate, monitor and optimize the service of our clients, being their main point of contact for monitoring it, as well as the reference person for the team of consultants in charge of providing daily service to it.
Your daily life with our clients:
- Service start-up management: procedures manual, payroll calendar.
- Customer management at the local level and activity monitoring at the corporate level (for international companies).
- Service monitoring and customer follow-up.
- Monitoring the billing of dependent clients as well as the placing of order orders for additional services.
- Expert support and advice to the team in charge of the service on procedures with Official Organizations, labor and payroll optimization.
