Inside Sales Executive - German Speaking

We are delighted to be working with our client to recruit a German speaking Inside Sales Executive to join their team.

Our client is a leading global supplier of digital solutions for the automotive retail industry. They build powerful open platforms that connect retailers, OEMs, partners and consumers to create a car buying and service experience that is seamless and rewarding.

Position reports to Account Manager

Location Tres Cantos, Madrid

Salary 36.000€

Role Purpose You will be responsible for the maximisation of profit within the existing client base through the sales of our clients softwares and related services.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with owners and management teams of local and regional clients
  • Manage performance of services and products in your territory
  • Present products and quotes to potential clients over the phone and on zoom calls
  • Work with internal teams to create/gather solutions
  • Sell directly into the customer
  • Achievement of personal, team, department, division and company targets and objectives
  • Assist the allocated field sales team achieve their objectives by providing sales and administrative support
  • Enforce best practice within the sales department through the diligent execution of applicable policies, processes, and procedures
  • Act as the internal point of contact for allocated field salesperson
  • Ensure your knowledge if up-to-date with new and complex products and services

Key skills

  • Experience in selling IT/ Software solutions :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a professional appearance

  • The ability to identify and follow up on leads

  • Knowledge of CRM solutions (Sales force) and Window suite (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)

  • Based in Madrid or able to relocate

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and data manipulation within Excel spreadsheets

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload in a very busy environment

  • Strong track record of developing relationships at a senior level

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Highly motivated and driven

  • Flexible and adaptable to change

Please Note This is an office based role, working 4 days in our clients office in Tres Canto and 1 day at home.
