We are hiring an Airport Customer Service Agent** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?

What you will do :

  • Assisting passengers at the check-in and boarding
  • Reservations and ticketing
  • Flight Coordination including all administrative tasks related.
  • Provision of passenger assistance (claims, suggestions, baggage, lost objects)

What you will need :

  • Educational background in management and/or business.
  • More than 2 years’ experience in Administrative Roles, most valued experience in airports or transport area.
  • Spanish and English advanced other languages will be a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts and part time specific days.
  • Excellent communications skills and customer oriented.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Very organized and teamwork player.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Starting date first July, fix term contract
  • 15 hours per week
