We are looking for an Advertising Operations Specialist to join our advertising platform team. The ideal candidate should have some knowledge of digital advertising operations, be able to provide professional media planning for advertisers, and propose optimization suggestions for advertising campaigns to enhance overall platform ROI.- Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns to ensure smooth ad delivery. - Develop media plans for advertisers, including ad channel selection and budget allocation. - Analyse ad data on the platform, provide regular reports, and propose optimization suggestions. - Coordinate and manage the needs of advertisers and media owners to maximize ad performance. - Monitor and analyse ad performance, adjusting strategies based on data. - Stay updated with the latest trends in advertising platforms and technologies, applying them to platform optimization. - Address issues encountered by advertisers and media owners while using the platform, contacting relevant departments for support if necessary. - Proficiency in using major advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). - Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in using Excel and data analysis tools. - Good communication skills and team spirit. - Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
