Data and analytics are increasingly important for CCEP, as new insights unlock growth opportunities and value for our business. To drive this strategy, we have appointed our first-ever Chief Data & Analytics Officer. Our progressive data strategy will drive more value out of the data we generate - or have access to through our brands, customers and partners - by swiftly transforming insights into action. This will make a difference to our business in areas such as asset utilisation, logistics efficiency, advanced planning, portfolio management and complexity etc.

What does the Data & Analytics Transformation/Business Lead do?

The Data & Analytics CSSC Lead will drive the change from an operational reporting-oriented function to a data & analytics high performance organisation. S/he has an in-depth knowledge of the CSSC business and works closely with CSSC business stakeholders to ensure their data driven priorities are met.

As a member of the Data & Analytics Leadership Team s/he is accountable for the successful delivery of value using data and analytics for the CSSC organisation. S/he will work closely with the Data Science, Data Governance, Data Platform and Data & Analytics Services to ensure the business gets data for insights to action.

CCEP has set a path to become a leading insight driven organisation. The Data & Analytics team will be instrumental to achieve the ambition by: 1) introducing data management practices, to be good and trusted 2) measuring of the data & analytics capabilities and incremental improvement 3) Monetise the investment and 4) creating a data driven mindset . The Data & Analytics Business teams will be instrumental to the success of the transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of direct reports to offer data & analytics services to the CCEP CSSC organisation
  • Recognised SME on data products, bringing industry knowledge to enrich the CSSC D&A product roadmap
  • Role model the value of being a data guided business, drive adoption and value throughout CSSC teams
  • Key contact for CSSC Leadership Team, ensuring the D&A roadmap is at the forefront of developments in all D&A related areas
  • Deliver a transformational program to move the data & analytics business teams from operational reporting to a value creation, business minded, analytically skilled capability
  • Monitoring value realised through the transformation and new products and pilots delivered
  • Gain business stakeholder sponsorship and buy-in to the transformation in every step off the journey
  • Mediating business stakeholders through competing priorities and ensuring alignment
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with the D&A LT towards the delivery of business outcomes and realisation of our data strategy
  • Lead the prioritisation, investment and capacity planning for data initiatives by working in tandem with his/her peers in the Data & Analytics teams and the business teams
  • Identify opportunities for better management of data and work with Data Governance Team and business to introduce procedures and practices to improve quality and trust
  • Ensure an effective running of business specific data & analytics and measure the incremental improvement of the services: automate where possible, transition to services when optimal and industrialising when relevant
  • Shape and embed new analytics initiatives to drive value in the respective business teams
  • Contribute to the creation of a change plan towards a pervasive data driven mindset You can demonstrate experience in some of the following
  • Ideally from an insights, analytics or data background
  • Measurable experience in working with analytics technologies, as business user or delivery responsible
  • Extensive experience in delivering services to business teams, in a business partnership or account management capacity
  • Current awareness of advances in Supply Chain data products, ideally with previous experience of
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, including the ability to convey data concepts, strategy and vision to executive level, as well as being expert at data storytelling
  • Experience leading internationally dispersed teams with successful outcomes; and
