Administrative Assistant - Spain

What you will do :

  • Providing general administrative support;

  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes; Taking care of documentation workflow;

  • Contacting landlord, vendors and suppliers;

  • Managing supplies and equipment;

  • Cooperating with other departments, especially: Finance, HR, HQ Administration;

  • Keeping track of team members expenses;

  • Updating internal sources of information;

  • Creating and/or updating local procedures;

  • Organising business trips;

  • Managing office space strategy;

  • Managing calendars of other associates. What we are looking for :

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite;

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills;

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must;

  • Positive, can-do attitude;

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities;

  • Business acumen and ability to think 1-2 steps ahead. What we offer :
