Mission and Responsibilities:

  • Be the translator between business needs into functional and technical specifications (documentation), validation with key areas (Front Office, IT, Business...), test cases definition & software testing (UAT), design, deployment, maintenance, and evolutions.
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for the Assisted Channels Accounts, deposits and saving accounts domain, with full knowledge of the products, processes, channel challenges and competitor’s knowledge.
  • Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and find a solution using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.

What are we looking for in this position?

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree related to Computer Engineering or similar.
  • High level of English and Spanish.
  • More than 5 years of experience in related tasks.
  • Accounts, deposits and saving accounts software implementation experience and/or Retail banking operational experience preferably within Banking Accounts, deposits and saving accounts and Point of Sales solutions.
  • The candidate requires a well-rounded skill set with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a get the job done type of attitude.
  • Problem Solving / Complexity / Innovation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple change requests across the allocated domain (Accounts, deposits and saving accounts).
  • Ability to analyze and identify technical drawbacks and increase process efficiency by re-thinking.
  • Experience working closely with colleagues across other areas Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to drive improvement in efficiency and quality of the solutions.
