Accountant - General Ledger - Shared Service Centre - WNZ251

The Adler Pelzer Group is a leading global supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation for the automotive industry. With more than 15,000 employees at approx. 100 production and engineering sites, we deliver to all the world's major automotive manufacturers.

We have established a new Financial Centre of Excellence in Zaragoza city and are looking for an accountant with fluent English and Spanish for the General Ledger team.

1. Manage general booking
2. Support and participate in month-end closing operations
3. Open and close modules, communicate to controllers and plants
4. Determine and communicate month-end accruals for all topics (open P.O, pensions, taxes, payroll...)
5. Support pensions, tax and deferred tax booking and reconciliation
6. Manage and implement account reconciliations, controls and compliance
7. Manage inter- and intra-company reconciliation
8. Analyse and justify P&L and BS account balance
9. Manage and validate month-end closing booking with controllers
10. Interface with internal/external auditors
11. Manage account revaluation (foreign currency)
12. Process payments, bank statements, reconciliations

1. Finished Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
2. Experience in accounting & finance administration min. 3 years
3. Experience from a large multinational, ideally in manufacturing industry
4. SAP knowledge
5. Fluent English
6. Fluent Spanish or French or other EU language
7. Experience within Shared Service environment advantageous
